We continue to ask clients to plan for some extra time at both drop off and pick up as we are only allowing one customer at a time in our lobby.
Please always observe your 6-foot social distance from staff as well as any other clients you may come in contact with.

Our staff is doing their best to safely and quickly provide for all of our clients.
Upon entering our air lock area we ask that you remove all of your dog's gear. This includes leash, collar, harness, sweaters, etc. There will be a bin of sanitized slip leads for you to put on your pup as you hand them off to our front desk staff.
We are currently not accepting in any belongings for daycare OR boarding aside from feeding/medication belongings. We have fleece bedding on site should you want your dog to have something soft for their rest times. Please request with our front desk at drop off!
We are currently not inviting clients in to tour our facility and do not have a projected date that we will begin them again. We do have a virtual tour that is available on both our Facebook and via the 'Our Facility' tab on the website.
To help reduce the contact between client and employee, we ask that everyone who feels comfortable doing so, add a credit card to their account to pay any balances prior to pick up. This will also help to expedite the pick up process.
